SIA answers questions about treatments, devices, parameters and error codes, also based on photos and voice messages. Parameter suggestions are starting values from the manual; a test shot or test area is always part of every treatment. SIA does not replace a medical examination or diagnosis.
The client records belong to your studio. They are stored encrypted per organisation; not even the SIACSKIN team can read the contents.
No. Clients never see serial numbers, purchase dates or prices. Studios only appear after a search (up to five results) or as a suggestion by SIA (up to three).
Studios with SIACSKIN devices can choose in the app profile whether they are shown in the studio finder. The treatments shown are derived from your devices.
German and English are complete. The app is prepared for 19 languages in total, including Arabic, Turkish, Russian and Persian; further translations will follow.
